YOUNG PROFESSIONAL

 

Young Professional poster and demo sessions at ICECS 2019 aim to provide an environment for early career researchers to present their work. Joining this event, young professionals will have the opportunity to learn about state of the art and most advanced activities in the area of circuits and systems, meet and interact with their peers, receive feedback from internationally well-known experts in the CAS domain from both academia and industry.

Objectives

- Stay technically up-to-date
- Learn about future challenges
- Learn more about the IEEE Circuit and Systems Society (CASS)
- Meet CASS young professionals and established researches
- Present your research work at the Students and Young Professionals poster session

Submit your work

Young Professionals (YPs) are invited to submit a two-page paper in standard IEEE double-column format outlining the background of the proposal, original key idea or hypothesis of the study, research that has been carried out so far, discussion of the results and/or expected contribution. In case of demonstration, the description and duration must be included in the paper. YPs may participate with a) a poster or b) both a demo and a poster. Accepted papers will appear on the IEEE Xplore. Perspective authors must use the IEEE conference template (MS Word or LaTeX) to prepare their two-page contributions. Only electronic submissions on ICECS 2019 YP track will be accepted. Demo proposal of submitted regular papers to the main conference is also accepted.
The organizers will select and award the best posters and demonstrations.
